A registered-office change is generally notified on Form NR1 within 15 days. The Registry transmits registered-office changes to the IRD. A change to the actual business address has its own one-month notification requirement; confirm which addresses are changing and the notification route. The service covers registered-office address use. Workspace, staff, premises licensing, banking acceptance and tax-substance requirements need separate arrangements or assessment. Confirm where statutory registers will be kept and any location notices required.
