This website is operated by IMSG Corporate Services Limited (“IMSG”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its office at Suite 4002A, 40/F, Tower 1, Lippo Centre, 89 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong. We hold a trust or company service provider licence issued by the Companies Registry of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, licence number TC004818 [RE-VERIFY].

These terms govern your use of www.imsg.com.hk and everything on it, including the pages describing our services, the fee information, the articles, the fee schedule available for download, and the booking and enquiry forms. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

If we are engaged to act for you, the terms of that engagement are set out in a separate engagement letter and in our terms of business. Those documents govern the work. These terms of use govern the website only, and where the two conflict in relation to work we are doing for you, the engagement letter prevails.

It is not legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, audit advice, investment advice or any other kind of professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice on your own circumstances. Two companies that look similar are routinely in quite different positions, and the difference usually turns on facts that are not on this website.

If you need advice on your circumstances, contact us or another suitably qualified adviser. The scope, provider, deliverables and fee for professional advice are agreed separately.

3. No client relationship is created by using this siteTBC · Vivien

Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not by itself appoint IMSG to provide continuing services. A requested booking, a confirmed professional consultation and a continuing service engagement are separate arrangements governed by their agreed terms.

We become your service provider only when both of the following have happened: we have issued an engagement letter and you have signed and returned it; and we have completed the customer due diligence the law requires us to carry out. Until then we are not acting for you, we are not responsible for your deadlines, and nothing you send us should be treated as having been actioned.

Please avoid sending identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information through an initial enquiry. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy; any applicable confidentiality obligations and engagement terms also apply.

IMSG is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and nothing we do as your corporate services provider should be read as offering it. Where a matter calls for legal opinions or legal steps, we work with your own counsel or with independent Hong Kong solicitors instructed for the purpose.

5. We are not an audit firmTBC · Vivien

IMSG is not an audit firm, is not a CPA practice, and does not act as auditor to any company. Under Hong Kong law only a practising CPA, a CPA firm or a registered corporate practice may act as auditor. Where this website describes audit services, IMSG’s role is to arrange and manage the engagement; the audit itself is delivered and signed by a practising CPA firm under its own registration, as a separate engagement structured to preserve auditor independence.

6. Fees shown on this site are indications onlyTBC · Vivien

Published package prices describe the stated standard scope and assumptions. Starting fees and ranges reflect work whose requirements may vary. Your written quote confirms scope, fees and any additional government or third-party charges before you proceed.

A fee is fixed only when we have set it out in an engagement letter or written quotation addressed to you. Where a fee is stated on this site as excluding government fees or disbursements, those are additional.

We take reasonable care over the information we publish and update material service and fee information when changes are confirmed. Requirements and individual circumstances may change. Check the article’s publication and update dates and confirm the current requirements before making decisions.

Articles carry the date they were published. Do not rely on an article as a statement of the current law.

We do not guarantee that this website will be available, uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Submitting the enquiry form or requesting a consultation is a request. It does not create a booking, an appointment or any obligation on us until we have confirmed it. We may decline any enquiry or request without giving a reason, and there are matters we are required to decline.

Lawful search-engine and AI-search crawling for indexing and linked summaries is permitted subject to applicable access controls and robots directives. This permission does not authorise abusive extraction, bypassing authentication, republishing the site or training machine-learning systems without written permission.

Purposes. We use it to reply to your enquiry — including by WhatsApp or telephone where you have given us a number — to arrange and confirm a consultation, to keep a record of our contact with you, and — if you go on to engage us — to open and administer your client file, including the customer due diligence we are required by law to carry out. It is voluntary for you to give us your personal data. Your name and email address are needed so we can respond. Company details are optional if undecided. A WhatsApp or telephone number is optional, and we use it only to reply to you.

Your rights. You have the right to ask us whether we hold personal data about you, to be given a copy of it, and to ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
