From HK$7,000 a year for bookkeeping and management accounts for up to 250 transactions, subject to the agreed scope and reporting frequency. Higher volumes, complex transactions and historical catch-up work are quoted separately. Audit and tax return preparation are separate services.

For the published starting fee, a transaction means an incoming or outgoing entry in a business bank, credit card or payment account, such as a customer receipt, supplier payment, expense or salary payment. Your quote will confirm how transfers between accounts, payment-platform settlements, adjustments and other entries are counted.

Bank and payment-account statements, sales and purchase records, invoices, expense receipts, payroll information and relevant agreements. We will confirm the records needed for your business and the timetable for providing them.

The reporting frequency is agreed when we quote. Monthly, quarterly or other reporting arrangements can be discussed according to your needs. Do not assume every reporting frequency is included in the starting annual price.

Yes. We first review the periods involved, the records available and any deadlines. Historical bookkeeping and reconciliation work are quoted separately from ongoing services.

Yes. We can prepare the accounting records and supporting schedules and liaise with your existing auditor. If you need an introduction, an independent audit practice can be arranged separately.

Our role is accounting preparation and coordination. An independent CPA practice performs the audit, makes its own professional assessment and issues the report.

We can discuss accounting support for businesses receiving or holding digital assets. Records, valuation, transaction volume and accounting treatment need to be reviewed before we quote. Tax advice and audit requirements may need separate consideration.
