Government fees total HK$3,895 at the displayed rates. If hard-copy filing is used, the package total is HK$10,450. Corporate ownership does not automatically require hard-copy filing; confirm the documents and signing arrangements for the application.
Included and separate work
The standard package includes incorporation documents, statutory registers, a chop set, agreed certified company copies for banking and a bank introduction letter. First-year company secretarial services, registered office, mail redirection and the designated representative for the Significant Controllers Register are included.
A company-name availability check does not reserve the name or provide trade mark clearance. Accounting, independent audit, tax returns and bank charges are separate.
From year two, company secretarial services are HK$2,000 and SCR designated-representative services HK$1,000 per year. Optional registered office is HK$1,500 and mail redirection HK$1,000 per year. Government fees are additional at the applicable rates.
