The personal data you give us in this form is collected by IMSG Corporate Services Limited (“IMSG”, “we”, “us”), of Suite 4002A, 40/F, Tower 1, Lippo Centre, 89 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong.

Purposes. We use it to reply to your enquiry including by WhatsApp or telephone where you have given us a number to arrange and confirm a consultation, to keep a record of our contact with you, and if you go on to engage us to open and administer your client file, including the customer due diligence we are required by law to carry out. Whether you give us your personal data is up to you. Your name and email address are required: if you do not provide them, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry. Company details are optional and may be left blank if not yet decided. A WhatsApp or telephone number is optional, and we use it only to reply to you.

Transfers. We may transfer your personal data to: our directors, staff, contractors and professional advisers; service providers who support our IT, email, hosting, website, calendar, document storage, backup, analytics, advertising measurement and site search; identity verification, screening and compliance service providers; where you engage us, third parties your instructions require, including the Companies Registry, the Inland Revenue Department, banks, auditors and offshore registered agents and registries; regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts and government bodies where required or permitted by law; and a purchaser or prospective purchaser of our business. Some of these recipients may be located outside Hong Kong.

Direct marketing. We do not use the personal data you give us in this form for direct marketing, and we do not provide it to others for their direct marketing.

Your rights. You have the right to ask us whether we hold personal data about you, to be given a copy of it, and to ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
