## Request types

### Free 20-minute call

ID: `free`. Fee ID: `free-introductory-call`.

A 20-minute introductory call to understand your needs, explain how we can help and discuss the next steps.

### Paid consultation

ID: `consultation`. Fee ID: `professional-consultation`.

Advice on your own company and your situation.

### Written quote, no call

ID: `written`. Fee ID: null.

General questions and quotes for standard work by email or WhatsApp. Advice on your own company remains a paid consultation.

## Consultation credit

- First-hour fee credited towards IMSG service fees if you engage us within 30 days. No cash refund
- The credit is towards IMSG service fees only. It does not reduce government or third-party charges; additional consultation time remains payable.

## Window rules

Windows express preferences, not available calendar inventory or meeting duration. Leave two complete Hong Kong business days before the requested day. The form revalidates dates at submission; do not use dates captured in static HTML as fresh options.
